Inbound Logistics Taps SMC³ as 2016 Top Logistics IT Provider

Peachtree City, Ga. – For the seventh consecutive year, Inbound Logistics has placed SMC³ on the magazine’s list of Top 100 Logistics IT Providers.

The 2016 list, which was released in the April issue of the magazine, is the 14th overall win for SMC³.

Inbound Logistics publishes its list of top logistics IT companies annually, recognizing firms that support and enable logistics excellence. The annual compendium of best-in-class IT companies celebrates innovators leading the transportation industry and helping shippers revolutionize their supply chains.

“SMC³ has stood out for years as one of the top transportation IT companies in the business,” stated Felecia Stratton, editor of Inbound Logistics. “In naming SMC³ to the list of top logistics providers, we’re doing our part to highlight the company’s stature within the industry, reliability among customers, and commitment to developing trusted IT solutions.”

SMC³ has been recognized, in part, because of its less-than-truckload pricing benchmark CzarLite®, the rating tool RateWare® XL and the transit-time solution CarrierConnect® XL. This year, SMC³ will also be unveiling its cloud-based industry platform, which will make the company a true one-stop-shop for all shipper, carrier and 3PL less-than-truckload pricing and transit needs.

“I’m proud that SMC³ has once again been named a top logistics IT provider by Inbound Logistics,” said SMC³ CEO and president Andrew Slusher. “The award represents SMC³’s continued commitment to deliver innovative and reliable technology solutions to the transportation industry. Being named a best-in-class IT provider 14 years proves SMC³’s dedication to serve the industry for the long haul.”
