Enterprise Systems Analyst

FULL TIME | PEACHTREE CITY, GA | HYBRID

Position Summary

      THIS POSITION CAN BE ONSITE/HYBRID to PEACHTREE CITY
      As an Enterprise Systems Analyst, this position requires the candidate to have an applied understanding of multiple technologies and skills in this role. This position involves working closely with internal customers to partner and educate them to support long- and short-term Enterprise Systems objectives and goals.

Essential Functions

    • Responsible for management of access to Enterprise Systems including users, profiles, and roles.
    • Answer inquiries and provide support and problem resolution for Enterprise Systems Applications. Able to determine quickest methods of resolution to problems and recommends/takes appropriate actions.
    • Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train new users and help promote use and understanding of supported Enterprise System Applications.
    • Create and maintain page layouts, workflow and validation rules, event triggers, email alerts, record types, and workflow processes within CRM.
    • Maintain data quality by identifying and assisting with cleansing and updating inaccurate data.
    • Develop new reports based on changing metrics and update reporting/success dashboards as needed.
    • Capable to develop new integrations across all supported Enterprise System applications.
    • Total product owner for group of applications that the team supports. Responsibilities include:
      • Gathering requirements to support any current or future development needs for the product
      • Collaboration with departments and Agile teams in the organization on extending and supporting user requests
      • Primary contact for any support needs for the product including (Product updates, security and compliance patches, service packs, etc.)
      • Also responsible for running the test plan for the product to ensure that the solutions delivered meet/exceed original requirements.
      • Able to troubleshoot procedures, integrations, processes, workflows and examine elements to determine specific problem area(s).
    • Develop tailored solutions for primary solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 using (but not limited to)
      • Custom CRM Plugins
      • Custom CRM Workflow Plugins
      • Custom Web Resources
      • Custom MVC Applications and Services
      • Performing UI Updates
    • Able to provide support related to Major system upgrades for Dynamics GP and CRM. This includes but is not limited to:
      • Tracking and Troubleshooting issues in development/production environments
      • Support development testing by writing and performing tests
      • Creation of documentation for test procedures and go live checklists
      • Knowledge to deploy Databases, App Servers and Client applications (desktop and web) for both platforms
    • Able to support Dynamics GP support inquiries from the Accounting and Finance Teams.

Qualifications

    • 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics technologies required
    • 3 + years’ experience working with ANSI SQL Database technology is required
    • 3 + years’ experience working on C# projects required
    • 2+ years’ of experience working with supporting Enterprise Systems Applications
    • Completion of Microsoft Dynamics Certifications required
    • Experience with Visual Studio, SSMS, SVN, C#.NET, and JS required
    • Experience with integrations of disparate systems
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Proficient in SSRS and writing business reports
    • Proficient in both written and conversational English.
    • Knowledge of Accounting Basics / Financial Reporting is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Systems (GP/CRM/SharePoint/TIBCO/Azure) is a plus.
