SMC³ Again Selected as Inbound Logistics Top Logistics IT Provider
Logistics technology solutions company recognized with supply chain honor
For the 10th consecutive year, SMC³ has been recognized as one of Inbound Logistics magazine’s Top 100 Logistics IT Providers.
The 2019 list, which was released in the April issue of the magazine, marks the 17th overall win for SMC³. SMC³ has been recognized due to its continuous innovation and authority in freight rating and supply chain technology. That expertise comes from decades of experience creating transportation technology solutions and has made the company the most-trusted provider of transportation APIs and analytical tools.
The company’s volume LTL API allows customers to gain complete visibility to spot-market pricing from an array of carriers, and its other newest API, PRO# Assignment, lets shippers and 3PLs start tracking their freight at pickup, eliminating a common visibility blind spot.
Supply chain IT companies that support and enable logistics excellence receive annual recognition in the pages of Inbound Logistics. When compiling the list, the magazine’s staff searches for innovators leading the transportation industry and helping 3PLs and shippers optimize their supply chains.
“As always, the editorial selection team had their work cut out for them, ultimately selecting only 100 technology solutions leaders from the 400+ candidate pool,” said Felecia Stratton, the magazine’s editor.
